Creating and serving a smart link relies on the performance of the service you requested and our legitimate interest in operating it. Optional statistics rely solely on your consent.

Data minimisation

We process the URL you submit, the metadata you confirm in the editor, and — with consent — anonymous aggregated event counts. We do not build profiles and we do not perform automated decision-making.

Retention

Smart links and their destinations are kept until deletion is requested. Rate-limit counters are hashed and short-lived. Your consent choice stays in your browser until you clear it.

Processors and transfers

Hosting, database and server functions run on Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure) in European Union regions. Public catalogue endpoints operated by Apple, Deezer and Spotify receive the URL you submit in order to suggest matches. Some of these requests may be served outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
